Shipping Information
We strive to deliver your products as quickly and smoothly as possible. The normal delivery time for our hair products is usually between 5–14 business days from the date your order has been confirmed. In some cases, delivery times may be longer due to high demand, carrier delays, or the production process.
All orders are shipped with PostNord to ensure a secure and trackable delivery. International deliveries may be affected by local customs and import regulations, which can result in longer delivery times.
As our hair extensions are manufactured and assembled according to each customer’s specific choices, such as color, length, and texture, production begins shortly after the order is placed. We always strive to keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the process.
Standard delivery within Sweden is made to the address provided at checkout. If you instead wish to have your package delivered to a pickup point, please contact us via email after placing your order and provide your order number along with your preferred pickup location.

Return Policy
We want you to feel safe and confident when shopping with HerHairSwe.
For products other than hair extensions, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all labels attached.
Exception for Hair Extensions
Our hair extensions are manufactured and customized according to each customer’s individual choices, including color, length, texture, and type of extensions. The products are produced based on available donor hair and assembled specifically according to the placed order. Production begins shortly after the order has been completed.
According to Chapter 2, Section 11, Paragraph 3 of the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made according to the consumer’s specifications or otherwise given a clear personal character.
By completing the purchase of hair extensions, the customer accepts that production begins and that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once manufacturing has started.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
• Original packaging and labels must remain intact
• A receipt or order confirmation must be provided
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to a faulty or defective item.
It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct color, length, and texture when placing an order. We are not responsible for subjective assessments or personal preferences if the product matches the ordered specification. However, we are happy to provide guidance before purchase to help ensure the best possible choice.
How to Initiate a Return
To register a return, please contact our customer service via email at Herhairswe@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or if the return is due to an error on our part.
Returns sent without first contacting customer service may be refused.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Any shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or defective product.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Please note that Herhairswe cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided during the order placement. Upon inquiry, Herhairswe's customer support will verify the delivery to the specified address, the delivery date, tracking information, and the shipping carrier details for the customer's investigation.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping details. Kindly contact the shipping carrier for any inquiries regarding the delivery.
Damaged & Missing Products
It is possible for items to shift during transit and for wear and tear to occur on packages due to handling by the postal service. Please contact us promptly via email with photos of any damages and relevant information to support your claim. We are here to assist you.
